Caitlyn grew up in Columbus, Ohio where she completed her Massage therapy training at The American Institute of Alternative Medicine in 2010. 

Caitlyn has received extensive training, primarily working alongside integrative medicine physicians in the greater Columbus area. Through her experience, she believes that the physical and energetic body are strongly interconnected. Her training includes: Relaxation/Swedish techniques, Deep Tissue, Trigger point therapy, Cupping, Prenatal, Oncology Massage and End Of Life Hospice Massage. Even though many types of massage therapies are offered, Caitlyn takes the time to thoroughly understand the specific needs of her clients to ensure a beneficial session.
